Privacy Policy

[PLACEHOLDER — copy to be written] Last updated: [DATE]. This page is a draft — the final wording has not yet been published.

Who we are

[PLACEHOLDER — copy to be written] WyCo Stashery is operated by WyCo Digital. Trading name, registered address, and the contact details published for EU Digital Services Act trader status go here.

What data we collect

[PLACEHOLDER — copy to be written] The categories below are the ones Stashery actually handles. The description of each still needs writing.

Account details — the email address you sign in with, and the sign-in codes sent to it.

Photos and video — images and clips you upload of your stock, together with anything visible in them.

Linked eBay account data — when you connect eBay, the listings, orders, sales, fees and business policies Stashery reads from your account, plus the access tokens that permit those reads.

Inventory you enter — items, costs, prices, notes, box labels and job lots.

Error telemetry — crash and error reports captured by Sentry, which can include the page you were on and technical details of the failure.

Product analytics — usage events captured by OpenPanel, such as which screens are opened and which actions are used.

How we use it

[PLACEHOLDER — copy to be written] Why each category above is processed — running the service, syncing with eBay, pricing suggestions, diagnosing faults, improving the product — and the legal basis for each.

Who we share it with

[PLACEHOLDER — copy to be written] The third parties involved in running Stashery and what each one receives.

[PLACEHOLDER — copy to be written] We do not sell personal data. The final wording must state this explicitly and list every processor.

If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment provider handles the payment. They receive your email address and your card details directly — card details never reach Stashery's own systems, and we store only the identifiers we need to know which plan you are on.

How long we keep it

[PLACEHOLDER — copy to be written] Retention periods for account data, uploaded media, eBay-derived data, error telemetry and analytics, and what happens when an account is closed.

Your rights

[PLACEHOLDER — copy to be written] UK GDPR rights — access, correction, deletion, portability, objection — and how to exercise them, including how to disconnect an eBay account and delete uploaded media.

Contact

[PLACEHOLDER — copy to be written] The email address for privacy enquiries, the postal address, and the ICO complaint route.
