About these terms

The service

Your account

Fees, plans and billing

Stashery has a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance by card, through our payment provider; we never see or store your card details. A lifetime option, if offered, is a single payment rather than a subscription.

[PLACEHOLDER — copy to be written] The refund position. Consumer law gives UK customers a statutory right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days; state how that interacts with immediate access to the service.

You can change or cancel your plan yourself at any time through the billing portal in Settings. Cancelling stops future payments and leaves your access in place until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If a payment fails we do not immediately remove access — the provider retries, and access changes only when the subscription is finally cancelled.

What happens when a plan ends

Nothing you have recorded is ever deleted because a plan ended. If your account holds more items than the free plan allows, they all stay visible and exportable; editing is limited to the free plan's allowance until you upgrade again.

A CSV export of everything in your account is available on every plan, including the free one and including after a paid plan lapses. Your records are yours.

Ending the agreement
